  1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. A detailed description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

  4. A statement indicating your belief, in good faith, that the use of the material is unauthorized by the copyright owner.
  5. A statement confirming the accuracy of your notification under penalty of perjury, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your electronic or physical signature.

Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the alleged infringing material.
  • Notify the user responsible for posting the material.

Counter Notification

If your content has been removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe this action was incorrect, you may file a counter-notice containing:

  1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the material removed and its previous location (URL link).
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your jurisdiction and acceptance of service from the complainant.
  5. Your electronic or physical signature.

We will forward the counter-notification to the original complainant. Unless the complainant files an action seeking a court order against the user, the removed material may be restored within 10-14 business days after receipt of the counter-notice.

Repeat Infringers

Users repeatedly violating intellectual property rights will have their accounts terminated.
